By accessing or using TeacherDekho, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our platform.

These terms apply to all users, including students, teachers, and any other visitors who access the service.

When creating an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Teachers on TeacherDekho are independent contractors, not employees. By registering as a teacher, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your qualifications and subjects.
• Deliver classes at the scheduled times as agreed with students.
• Maintain professional conduct and adherence to our community guidelines.
• Not bypass the platform's payment system for classes organized through TeacherDekho.

All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateways. By making a booking, you agree to our payment terms:

• Cancellations: You can cancel a class up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time may be subject to a cancellation fee or no refund, depending on the teacher's specific policy.
• Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are completely unsatisfied with your first class with a new teacher, you must contact support within 24 hours to be eligible for a refund.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TeacherDekho and its licensors.

Teachers retain the intellectual property rights to the educational materials they create, but grant TeacherDekho a license to use such materials for promotional and operational purposes on the platform.

In no event shall TeacherDekho, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service, including conduct of other students or teachers.
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
